These are a dying breed in the current state of the union. Due to things that have happened before our current President could do anything about many states/counties/cities/districts/etc are being forced to cut budgets in order to maintain so sense of normalcy.
For better clarification....Our country for 8 years was run fucking a total fucking twit who didn't know how to properly run a country and budget it. Due to this many states no longer have the money needed to run properly. there for we're going to cut education..

The basic message i got from this is..."We're too stupid to run things right so we're gonna get rid of smart peoples and the like so we can all be stupid and therefore smart"
